The experience behind the Marketing Short List

Call or E-mail us

The Marketing ShortList® is a well-connected, objective referral service that puts business managers in direct contact with the right marketing services firm or specialist. For over 20 years, management experience at the Marketing ShortList has cultivated a select “short list” of quality resources in every marketing discipline. We know the landscape, the cost structure and the pitfalls.  We know the resources who are very good at what they do, keep it simple, have a creative spark, work hard to keep costs in line and have a sense-of-urgency with the technology to back it up.

The process is remarkably simple. Following a conversation or two, The Marketing ShortList provides multiple referrals reflecting the need and scope of work.  If the business manager is interested to discuss the project directly with the resource, they proceed at their convenience based on their own standards of selection.  No strings attached!   If needed, the Marketing ShortList is available as a sounding board to assist the selection.

Compensation for the Marketing ShortList comes via a referral fee paid by the marketing resource (not the client) only if a business selects one of our referrals. That’s our incentive to find the right match!

The Marketing ShortList is for those that . . .

  • …are overwhelmed with credential kits, phone calls, business cards and emails from suppliers promising the moon.
  • …have gaps in their roster of trusted marketing specialists and don't have the bench strength they need.
  •  …work in a geographic area or industry that is underserved by top-notch, cost-conscious vendors.
  • … don't always go through internal marketing people to get the materials they need.
  •  … know what they need but are just not certain of the landscape, options or what they should expect.
  • ...own a franchise or dealership but not getting what they need from corporate.
  • …are unhappy being a "small fish in a big pond" when it comes to their marketing vendors.
